Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning and co-ordination of internal and external Field Service resources
• Creating customer orders and projects in SAP
• Organise travel arrangement for Field Service Team
• Point of contact for Service Manager, Service Support engineer, FST and customers regarding planning
• Preparing timesheets and travel expenses for invoicing
• Close corporation with accounting when handling projects invoicing
• Back-up for After Sales & Service for additional work, Spare Part management, etc.

Ihr Profil

• Experience from former job planning
• Experience with MS Office, SAP
• Capable of handling many tasks at the same time and have overview
• Team player, yet comfortable with working independently
• Fluent in Danish and English (verbally and in writing)
• Open and approachable personality
• High customer orientation
• Passionate about providing high service level
