Aufgaben

• Ensure global product deliveries are completed on time, in full and in full compliance with regulations
• Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations across multiple regions
• Monitor stock availability and execute transfer orders and order-to-cash processes
• Drive performance monitoring to track service levels, logistics KPIs, and supply reliability
• Identify, manage, and resolve operational issues affecting supply chain flow
• Maintain strong, effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, affiliates and external partners
• Optimize transportation, logistics processes, and cost efficiencies while ensuring sustainability and compliance

Profil

• Solid supply chain/logistics experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong working knowledge of SAP MM/SD and global logistics transactions
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on operational insights
• Strategic agility: able to adapt priorities to changing needs and focus on high-value activities
• Results-oriented, self-accountable professional who consistently drives goals to completion
• Open, constructive feedback culture — seeks input, develops self-awareness, and supports team growth
