Aufgaben

• Durchführung von sämtlichen PC- und Druckerinterventionen
• Bearbeitung von Benutzeranfragen (Installationen, Änderungen, Entsorgungen)
• 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für PCs, Drucker sowie LAN-/WLAN-Infrastruktur
• Durchführung von Workplace-Patching
• Verwaltung von Lager und Beständen für PCs, Drucker und Netzwerkequipment
• Mitarbeit an Projekten im Desktop- und Netzwerkumfeld, z.?B.:
• Lifecycle-Management von PCs, Druckern sowie LAN-/WLAN-Equipment in der ganzen Schweiz
• Server-Racking und strukturierte Verkabelung
• Einbindung der Endanwender in die Incident- und Problemlösungsprozesse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Service-Management sowie IT-Teams in Prag, um ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Problemen zu schaffen und nachhaltige Lösungen in Europa umzusetzen
• Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Reduktion wiederkehrender Incidents
• Sicherstellung der Compliance von PCs und Benutzerkonten
• Durchführung von Datenanalysen zu User Requests und Incidents auf Basis von ServiceNow-Auswertungen sowie Konsolidierung mit M365-ToolsPerform all PC, Printer interventions
• Handling “user requests” (Installations, changes, disposals)
• 2nd & 3rd Level support for PCs, Printers and LAN / WLAN Equipment
• Workplace Patching
• Manage PC, Printer, Network Equipment storage & stock
• Work on specific projects in Desktop & Network environment (e.g., PC, Printer & LAN/WLAN
• Equipment Lifecycle management throughout Switzerland, Server Racking and structured cabling) • Involve end users in incident resolution and problem-solving process
• Liaise with local Service Management team and with IT teams in Prague to get common understanding of issues and agree on action plans driving permanent solutions within Europe
• Take appropriate actions to reduce number of recurrent incidents
• Ensure PC & User Account compliance
• Perform data analysis on user requests and incidents based on Service Desk tool (Servicenow) extracts and consolidations using M365 suite

Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.?B. Informatiker EFZ) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie Begeisterung für IT-Infrastruktur
• Idealerweise bereits 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld
• Erste Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Group Policies und Cisco LAN/WLAN-Umgebungen
• Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Technologie und IT-Support
• Starke Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
• Gute Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Teamfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch/Italienisch) von Vorteil
