Aufgaben

• Provide real-time support for MES and factory software systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-critical issues to minimize downtime
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
• Support system integrations between MES, ERP, and shopfloor equipment
• Develop automation tools and monitoring solutions (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and IT
• Document solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives

Profil

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience with MES or manufacturing systems
• Strong SQL skills; programming experience (Python or similar is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, production-driven environment
