Brand Representative Lombardy (M/F)

The Brand Representative reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities of sales tasks in the assigned region (Lombardy) as well as for dealers/special deals, to implement the organization’s wholesale commercial strategy. His/her tasks include the building and development of relationships with clients and partners to maximize the business interests, presentation, and technical explanation of the new collection to clients/wholesalers/Retail partners and collection of pre-orders, negotiation with existing and new strategic wholesalers.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Implementation of the company strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned area
  • Ensure high qualitative management of all dealers located in the assigned area with periodic/regular visits to achieve the defined sales targets, manage the in-store tasks, be the main point of contact, reinforce relationships, gain market share
  • Training of dealers' sales teams
  • Participation in the accurate implementation of the brand-building/positioning strategy and support of the trade-marketing team
  • Creation and development of new business opportunities through category expansion, partnerships, and promotions
  • Development of the online channels if the dealer has an e-com
  • Sales promotion and Brand Representation during public events
  • Salesman samples management (maintenance of the showrooms)
  • Management of objections, claims, cancellations, delays, etc.


Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the outdoor or consumer goods industry
  • Understanding of outdoor industry and a personal interest in mountain / alpine sports is a must
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication, and promotional techniques
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the sales process
  • Availability to travel frequently
  • Analytical approach
