Business Development Manager CROSSFIX (m/f/d) (Western Europe)

This international team establish our system in the field of rear-ventilated facades on the global market. You will work in a young, agile, international group of virtual working colleagues and develop the future project business of CROSSFIX together with the subsidiaries for EJOT. Your tasks - your area of responsibility:

  • Network development with focus on architects, real estate developers and property developers.
  • Development of a Western European customer network.
  • Support of the national subsidiaries in setting up their own CROSSFIX customer consultants.
  • Establishment of an in Western Europe, cross-border customer network.
  • Support in winning new customers while adhering to the strategic guidelines of the central CROSSFIX team.
  • Supporting the local subsidiaries in setting up a customer network, in the first CROSSFIX customer acquisition and in project acquisition.
  • Expand cross-country network and build strategic partnerships.
  • Conducting on-site training in the local subsidiaries.
  • Independent development of customer and sales strategies for CROSSFIX.
  • Develop initial technical solutions for our CROSSFIX customers.
  • You are the door opener to place CROSSFIX in major and special projects.

Your experience - we should get to know each other if you have the following qualifications:

  • International Mindset.
  • High customer affinity.
  • Very good technical know-how.
  • Very good language skills (at least English and French) - in order to be able to work on projects with our national and international customers and colleagues, you have a high willingness to travel.
  • Presentation skills.
