Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist Under Armour (M/F)

We are looking for a Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist for our distributed brand Under Armour. As a Trade Marketing Specialist you are responsible for the operational development and management of the Trade and Retail Marketing processes – POS projects, Shop in Shop and Soft Shop. Furthermore you will be responsible for the production of the Trade and Retail Marketing tools (online & offline).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Management of the complete process of POS projects – presentations, forecasts, orders, management of the warehouse and logistic, supervision of the implementation
  • Management of the Shop in Shop and Soft Branding process and support in the implementation
  • Management of orders, stock and logistic of Retail & Wholesale windows and instore materials
  • Coordination of web content material and promotional activities
  • Support of the Trade & Retail Marketing Manager in the development of guidelines and tools for Retail
  • Development of a training program for Retail and Wholesale in collaboration with the Tech Rep
  • Active collaboration in the preparation of events, trade shows and kick off meetings
  • Constant research of new suppliers to guarantee the right quality and service of all trade tools in close collaboration with the Procurement Manager
  • Analysis of KPIs and store performance


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant experience in a Trade Marketing or Retail environment (1 or 2 years)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Italian)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Photoshop is a plus
  • Capable of working autonomously
  • Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel
